Awkwafina, an American singer and actress began by releasing a humorous rap track which dealt with the subject of race and sexuality. Her fame grew into Hollywood when she dropped a series of raps. Nora Lum began her musical path as a trumpeter. Born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the child of Chinese immigrants and Korean immigrants. After classical and Jazz training her interest in hip-hop grew when she was an teen. In the end, she focused on her education. she graduated with the degree of journalist in the college as well as a women's studies major. She turned her attention to music only after she graduated. Her track in 2012 My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success through the Internet and was later released on her debut LP Yellow Ranger in 2014. This album also featured songs that were viral such as body positive Queef or the winking city tour the city of New York Bitche$. The track that was second on the album linked to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, published in 2015, which was a different idea. She decided to pursue acting as a profession after completing her first two projects, as an author and musician. Apart from the early television shows like Girl Code and Tawk, she's been featured in movies including Neighbors2Storks and Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role in 2018 with a few notable films like Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released by"In Fina We Trust in June of the year.
