Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American born in El Paso. She comes from a family with entertainment-related genes. Her childhood included a host of TV personalities such as Karla, the host of Univision's Despierta America. She was raised around TV hosts like her sister, Karla Martinez. (Host Univision's Despierta Am rica! Andrew Martinez serves as vice director of safety security and business Resiliency of Southern California Edison. SCE is among the largest electric utility companies. SCE has made safety of workers and corporate security a priority. Martinez is in charge of all the programs and activities which are geared towards the two areas. Martinez gives safety professionals throughout all areas of the company mentoring, high-quality programs, and assistance in achieving the goals for safety of their specific work groups. Before taking on his current position Martinez was director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that, he served as the director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In his 30-year career at SCE, he held several leadership roles, including the ones at the SCE's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS.
